Cancellation and Service Policy

As Sparql provides a digital service, a traditional "Return Policy" is not applicable. This document outlines our policy regarding subscription cancellation and service interruptions.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Sparql subscription at any time through your account settings or the platform where you made the purchase (e.g., App Store, Google Play). Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid term.
Free Trial: If you cancel during a free trial period, your access will cease immediately, and you will not be charged.

2. Service Interruption

Sparql strives to maintain a continuous and high-quality service. However, in the event of a significant, prolonged service interruption (more than 48 hours) directly caused by our systems, we may, at our discretion, offer a compensatory extension of your subscription period.

3. Account Deactivation

You can deactivate or delete your account at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and will result in the loss of all matches, messages, and profile data. Account deletion does not automatically trigger a refund; please refer to the Refund Policy for details.
