Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of premium features, subscriptions, and virtual items within the Sparql dating application.

1. Subscription Refunds

Sparql subscriptions (e.g., Sparql Premium) are generally non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your billing cycle, but you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term.

Exceptions (App Store/Google Play): Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to their respective refund policies. Please contact the relevant store directly for refund requests.
Technical Issues: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a premium feature, please contact our support team. Refunds for technical issues are granted at Sparql's sole discretion.

2. Virtual Items

Virtual items, such as "Boosts" or "Super Likes," are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased, these items are consumed immediately upon use and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

3. Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused subscription time or virtual items.
